Isothiazalone - ROCbio 50 is a non-oxidising, non-ionic antimicrobial reverse osmosis disinfectant formulation based on 0.5% isothiazalone for use in membranes and pre-treatment plant. It has a broad spectrum of activity. Application on a routine basis will prevent the growth of biofilms on membrane surfaces, filter media and pipework. ROCbio 50 may also be used as a preservative for certain types of membranes such as thin film composite and other polyamide-type membranes.
