O-Rings - Reverse Osmosis Systems

O-Rings - In reverse osmosis systems O-Rings are used to seal the permeate water tube inter-connectors of adjacent elements. O-Rings help prevent the intrusion of high pressure feed water (poor quality) into the low pressure permeate water (good quality). A damaged O-Ring will result in higher salt concentration of the permeate in that section of the system.
